Processing Time
Every item at Bleachy Keen is handmade, so please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be made before it ships. Custom items may take a bit longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders of $20 or more. Orders under $20 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Once your order ships, U.S. delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location.

We currently ship to: U.S. and Canada

Order Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. If you haven't received tracking within 10 days of ordering, please reach out to us at bleachykeenstuff@gmail.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Bleachy Keen is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit, but we're happy to help you file a claim with the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 15 days with photos so we can make it right.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect packages once they've shipped, and we're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
